Dear NH team,
I'm pretty sure more guests have already complained about facilities in the hotel. The promoted gym in the hotel is just useless. After each visit I find something either inoperative or missing. Last year it was inop airwalker, now it's inop multipress, bicycle, missing dumbells, exercising mat...
Anyway, front office staff and housekeeping is ok, very professional people. But please, maintenance team, be so kind and fix the gym, it all didn't happen overnight...

Stayed here for an early flight the next day. Receptionists were most pleasant and helpful. Room had great sound-proofing and was spacious. Had dinner that evening and the food was good and way better than we had expected. Being able to leave our car in their parking lot for the week was nice. The shuttle to the airport goes every 20 minutes

I like this hotel beacause is clean , close to Bergame . Good breakfast . Close to the supermarket . The airport . I like the decoration , it s modern . The access by road it s easy . I recommend this hotel

I love when I fly to Milan to sleep at this hotel. It is very comfortable, luxurious and with a delicious breakfast. Next to him is a mall where I can buy more things for me and my family. It's very close to the airport and when my flight is early I'm always on time. I do not need to use the hotel transfer.

Stayed at the NH Orio al Serio for one night before a flight in May 2017. Good location very close to the airport, the room was clean and comfortable (and very quiet despite the proximity of the airport and highway; very good soundproofing), and the staff was friendly. They serve breakfast early (starting at 4:30AM), which is a big plus when you have to catch a morning flight. Breakfast options were decent, about the same continental-style buffet as you'll find in most Italian hotels.
The hotel was rather difficult to find; I ended up driving around the enormous shopping and business park three times before I finally found their unmarked driveway. Seems the current construction has resulted in the removal of all of the hotel's signs on the road. The free wifi service was also extremely slow; there is a faster paid option, but I didn't try it as I didn't have a need for it. The free service is fine for email or light web browsing, but don't expect to do media streaming or log into a VPN. Seems to be the case at NH hotels in general, in my experience.
