The front of the hotel is of a building several decades old. But once inside it is very modern in both appearance and infrastructure, at least the part we saw. We only stayed one night and our room was on the ground floor, the same as the lobby. Service was fairly good. Everyone we interacted with had good English language skills. The hotel is physically located a 10 - 15 minute walk from what remains of the old town.
Our Superior room was fairly large but layed out rather strange. The TV (with 2 English language news stations) was in the bedroom part rather than in the lounging part of the room. The room had good lighting and an espresso machine in addition to the minibar. There wasn't a lot of table space to put items on other than on the limited closet shelves .
WiFi is complimentary but not that high speed. What was a real pain was the authentication process to sign in. Got our tablet online but not our smartphone.
The restaurant only serves breakfast and that was a cold buffet with pre cooked scrambled eggs. There were more than enough offerings and all we tryes were OK.

NH hotels are usually good but this one was a disappointment. The hotel is well located and the design is very nice but the size of the room I got was unacceptable. Also, the AC wouldn't accept an input of less than 22.5 degrees, quite hot, and the bathtub was dirty. The staff was very nice and the price was good. If I got a good room I would have thought it was excellent.

NH Ourense , smack in the middle of the city bit, it does have a car park around the corner 10euro per day , at least it was safe place to land. Hotel staff friendly and efficient. Large modern ,clean room ,bed firmish just right. roof top terrace . breakfast was decent at12 euro pp. The old part of town was loverly cant remember where we ate but lots of choice , mostly good, be adventurous try the bars that look duff! we liked ourence, prob would stay in NH again , have fun out there or buy a sat-nav :-) .

it is a small hotel very well located, we could walk to the Rua do Paseo, a street full of shops and cafeterias. Hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. Service is excellent.
The only negative point just to be negative is the size of the rooms, a bit small. The rest was perfect.

I didn't expect to find such a nice hotel in the city. It is a very modern Hotel but not excessively so. The room is much more spacious than I expected. The design is somewhat quirky but still very pleasant. The space within the room is excellent. I found the staff very helpful. I would certainly stay in this hotel again and I think it is good value for money. The parking experience was absolutely unique. When I got to the parking space it was absolutely fine however getting through the garage is quite hazardous. An adventure not to be missed.
