We stayed in this hotel of 2nights and initially due to lack of staff's knowledge about the room maintenance we had to stay without AC one night. We tried to confront the reception but they gave a lame excuse "the AC is off for the entire hotel". It was very uncomfortable to sleep. Which is actually a ridiculous thing to say. Next day we were shifted to another room and AC was working suddenly??? I don't know why did they lied.?

It was about a 30 minute walk to the cathedral that was pleasant with lots to see along the way. Minutes from the science museum and easy to get to by car. I enjoy my stay. The rooms were the same size found in Japan but clean. The from staff was very helpful and there are a few nice restaurant just a block away. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. I would stay there again

Valencia is an incredible city: the Arab, Baroque, modernist, and contemplative contemporary cities overwhelm a sun-drenched and wet Mediterranean area, making it the perfect destination for a holiday of culture and fun !!!

The staff is very amiable and friendly, fridge or ice necessary, Location is very good,Food-buffet, very decent and excellent,Children really liked and was visited as much as possible, The beach is also not far away

Clean, sleek, modern and a little small but that was ok. Nice breakfast in the morning. Helpful staff. Our room was right above the road but we heard no cars or road noise. Would stay there again! Wonderful!
