The hotel is located a bit away from the city centre, but the latter is only at 15-20 min walking distance. The neighborhood is quite residential and very quiet. The rooms are large enough and very clean. I appreciated the breakfasts, with a lot of variety and good coffee. The staff was very polite. I recommend!

Good location for a modern hotel, just across the river from the Old Town. Parking provided under the hotel at extra cost. Very good sleep quality and helpful staff.We did not make use of the restaurant.

It was only a short business stay over but the hotel provided all that was required. It is in a quiet part of the city but it is only a short walk into the centre.
Good breakfast and a spacious bedroom.

I spent one night (16/08/2017) at this hotel.
It was one of the best hotels i stayed during my trip. The hotel staff is friendly, delicate and versatile when it comes to understand a mix up of Spanish and Portuguese.
The room was clean and it was lovely to sleep in, with good quality pillows and a cozy atmosphere.
They planned to serve us pumpkin soup, roasted pork with roasted zucchini and ice-cream for dinner. Since i don't eat pork, they served me a grilled sea bass fillet perfectly cooked and deboned with potatoes (for sure you planned on roasting them but it was a mix up of raw and cooked sliced potatoes) and a smoked olive oil dressing.
The soup was perfect, with the elements of salt, sweetness and acidity on point! Very well done for a pumpkin soup!
For breakfast (17/08/2017), you got us a nice spread! Seasonal fruit, fruit salad (real fruit) cups, amazing cheese, frittata, etc.
The meals were tasty but i cannot express some disappointment with your hotel and/or the NORTRAVEL company. It is a basic principle that when someone pays for an hotel stay and meals, that person has the right to choose what they want to eat. Cooking pork for everyone was a mistake...not everyone likes it, vegetarians and vegans don´t eat it. Why you didn't ask? It´s a basic procedure that guarantees people´s satisfaction and doesn't´ruin your reputation. If you´re forced by this company to plan cooking a low budget menu for a tourists group, don't accept it. This hotel is very nice and you should keep your reputation high!
By accepting these terms, people will be unpleased with the only 1 menu option, don´t you think? No one has the right to demand what to eat to someone that payed for it.

Easy check in, friendly staff. Large garage, very easy to park our Landrover in the underground garage, but plenty of places to park outside. Very spacious bedrooms, large bathrooms, cozy beds. Good breakfast. About 15 minutes walk to the centre of town, but worth it, a lovely walk across a bridge.
