clean, nice staff, 75m from beach, 700m from vecchia barletta. breakfast was good they have many choices for everyone to eat what they like. It's worth every penny. modern structure it fits with the scenary very well.

We spent our last night in Puglia at this hotel. Frankly, after visiting so many interesting and stylish hotels in the region, this one did not provided us the best impression. First of all, arriving there with the assistance of a GPS was not easy. The hotel is positioned in a fictitious location prior to its real one, which leads to a different hotel. The outside avenue was dark in the evening, with limited public illumination, and the hotel logo was not visible. We were very tired from our trip, and after checking in we took the elevador and headed to our room to realize that the key would not open the door. Therefore, we had to postpone our so desired shower and return to the front desk for another key. The room and bedroom decor was quite ordinary, and the wallpaper was coming off all over the wall. The breakfast lounge was crowded and nosy, and the buffet provided the cheapest products that could be found in the supermarket. I could only note two positive things about it, their staff friendliness and their private parking lot. I would not return.

Nice, modern hotel on the boulevard; walking distance to Il Brigantino beach and restaurant. Helpful reception staff; spacious rooms, with closets, desk, balcony with seaview (in an angle) well maintained and comfortable. Bathroom well equiped. Convenient to stay in especially for business travellers, not very romantic for romantic trips but convenient and efficient. Breakfast buffet in separate room. 10-15 minutes walk to the historic city center

This has to be worst hotel I have ever stayed in, to say it is " basic" is being complimentary.
The room I stayed in was awful, no facilities, a shower that had a mind of its own, a bar that wouldn't look out of place in a railway station, a restaurant that served food that was tasteless.
Staff that had no idea to treat its guests.
Never again.

The "four star" hotel was a great disappointment. The beds are old, and really hard and I got a bad back as a result. The hotel was probably built in the early 1990's, and has remained unchanged sinsce then. Even the carpets in the room seemed to be of the same age. The staff that we dealt with was not service minded at all. I would recomend trying one of the B&Bs in the town center instead of this place.
