Nice rooms, food and all personnel is very attentive and kind. I stayed for about 9 months. It is not perfect but it was very pleasant to stay during a long season. No complains at all. All the crew is very kind, attentive, happy and make you fell you are in home.

Hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood perfect for get some rest. We find malls near where we get everything we need for the staying. People at hotel was very charmy and gentile always caring about us.

Report someone else's experience and I had a bad experience with your manager. she charged twice the value of the room
I wait that this money will be refunded me as soon as possible.

The hotel is located in a very strategic place, is comfortable, clean and the people is so nice that makes you feel like home. There are several malls and restaurants in a very few blocks and a Transmilenio bus station.
The only aspect to take into account is the WiFi signal in the hotel is not very strong in all places, so if one needs to be connected all-time, I recommend to take a good USB WiFi or smartphone with sharing WiFi capabilities.

Terrible, it is a cheat. The building is so old, there was not cold water neither a Good breakfast, the bed was so weak. The worst experience that i had Been. It was a Robery. I don't recomend it at all
