I love visiting this place every time I am here. This time it's different! It's post the ban and very importantly at the roof top of NM. In Kerala it's difficult to find a place to go out with your family and still have drinks. Well you can do that on 5 stars and of course our very own fort Kochi but not in Tripunithura. No worries NM Roof top you can do just that. It's ain't dark and stingy and they have a very unique complimentary snack too. Topiaco and peanuts bambiya style. Nice

We booked this after reading the the reviews and the information on this hotel.
I contacted them regarding a food allergy that I have and was told they could cope with my needs. Bottom line was they couldn't being Gluten intolerant its quite difficult at time to plan a holiday and when you think you've found a place that can help its a bonus. In short they didn't have a clue, to them Gluten free means a free breakfast. The manager was less than helpful and only when the owners son became involved were we offered a full refund.

Visited NM Royale County with 2 important guests . Their Roof top restaurant was selected for dinner. Service has to improve. Food taste was not good ; need improvement.

Good hotel, convenient location near Tripunithara and Kakkanad.
Good restaurant food, great service. helpful staff.
A bit expensive on direct booking
parking is free and some space is there.
Tea and coffee available in room, toiletries too.
bath tub not upto mark.

This is the good place for stay and they have restaurant also.This is very near to me.We were go above ten or more time such a beautiful place.The have car parking service and all other facilities for all activities.
