If you love Rock hard beds this is the place for you. Or maybe camping is more your style ? the bit of greenery growing in the bathroom will make you feel right at home and as an added bonus you may be lucky enough to find what suspiciously looks like human excrement smeared on the walls.
Want to watch tv and also love a hard couch? this place also has you covered, they even thought of adding a board under the cushions to give you that outside sitting on a rock feel.
And if it's night time when you arrive you get to play find out room in the dark with the kids, literally you can have hours of fun. And of course if you are scared of the dark at night they do have a large light outside your bedroom window with curtains that don't go below the window seal so the light shines on in, that's how thoughtful these guys are.
Wifi supplied well yes they say but the password doesn't work so you can spend a few hours of more fun playing guess what it is.
If you love all these things then this is the place for you

Everything was excellent plus!
Clean, comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful
Right opposite the City Park, and the beautiful trees and gardens were our view as long as we wished to sit on our chairs on the balcony.

Our room overlooked City Park so gorgeous view and easy walking distance to city centre, supermarket etc. Carpark nearest unit had narrowest access I've ever seen, so pretty unusable. Frustrating that obvious details had been overlooked - in room for 4, no towel rail in bathroom, tiny luggage rack directly over toilet - guess where the handtowel ended up?! Kitchen facilities ok but oven dirty. We stayed in a group and friends reported heaters not working, inadequate crockery etc - all stuff that could easily be improved for very little cost.

Felt like being in an episode of prisoner drab grey place with orders not to smoke and wash the dishes or they'll charge your credit card hardly makes for a relaxing break
Plus my room was about 2 metres away from the road shoved a chair against the door as lock inadequate

I prayed the bad reviews on this place would be a rarity and I would not be assigned to a 'bad' apartment but unfortunately I think I drew the short straw as we were issued with such a apartment (no.15)
I had booked despite the bad reviews as it was reasonably priced and had a full kitchen which was what I needed traveling with a young child. The furniture was dated and you can feel the place had just been 'lightly' cleaned just enough for the next new customer. Felt dusty everywhere. The saving grace was the toilet which was acceptably clean. The porch lights didn't work and the bedroom wall lights blew when we were there. Fire alarm in ceiling went off one of the nites for no apparent reason which jolted us from our beds! Kitchen sink Water pipes sent loud rattling noises throughout the apartment whenever it was turned on causing alarm to bathroom users in the bedroom! Water heating broke down 3times during our stay we had to forgo our showers on last morning before our departure flight! This despite us telling them to do a proper fix as on the first 2 occasions it had tripped twice within same day! The only saving grace for this place is the full kitchen ( pls note u have to wash n replace back everything into cupboards at end of stay or face a $20penalty), large fridge, close proximity to city park and aquatic centre. Wifi was very poor throughout visit. Try free Tas.gov provided wifi at the city park instead. Staff we helpful on occasions we needed them. Pls note no daily cleaning (making up of beds) done, staff only comes into apartment to empty bins and replace soiled towels.
