When we drove up to the check in center I said to myself this can't be the place. It's to beautiful.
And when you walk into your condo and are greeted by wood beams tile flooring achefs kitchen and your own personal deck with a hot tub on it ,let's put it this way, I couldn't close my mouth.
I think what has impressed me the most, is the friendliness of everyone here, and how every need has been thought of.
Being able to stay here is PURE PLEASURE.

Absolutely beautiful condos, easy check-in. Quiet as off season, but lots of trails, areas for snowshoeing and cross country. Condos immaculate and set up for 8 to 10 persons, private hot tubs in each unit and two balconies both with great scenery. Kitchen set up beautifully, enough coffee for first morning. Close enough to walk to ski resort and very short drive to Town of Kimberley. Take spices, food basics--grocery stores in town good. Heated pool closed in off-season until ski resort opens.

An excellent location. The 3 bedroom loft was exceptional. Each unit has an outdoor hot tub with a spectacular view of the mountains. Our second week was in a 2 bedroom unit which was sufficient but much more privacy in the 3 bedroom unit. Beautiful area with all the fall colors and great hiking trails. It was our 2nd year going and we have already booked for 1 week next year. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at Northstar Mountain Village a total of 4 times, all in October-November. The units have all had excellent views, either overlooking the valley with a backdrop of the Canadian Rockies or into the wooded area.
The units have all been in excellent condition, well equipped kitchens, comfortable beds and each unit has it's own large hot tub and gas grill on the deck.
The entertainment systems in the units include a DVD player and are connected to a cable service.
The office and maintenance staff have always been more than helpful and pleasant. They have offered great suggestions on places to explore and things to do.
The resort is in an excellent location. A quick drive into Kimberly or Cranbrook, or a nice walk on the Peak to Platz path to the city of Kimberly. It is a beautiful drive to Fairmont Hot Springs, Invermere and Radium Hot Springs.
Our group does not golf, but there are at least 3 beautiful courses close to the property.
The resort sits just above the Kimberly ski resort base.

Carpet was dirty, furniture was well used and could use some cleaning. Unit had a smell to it. Could definitely use some updating. The views were very nice and the area was quiet. Liked that it had a garage.
