Very nice hotel,we arrived at 01am and they had our room ready, which was nice,the room are specious and comfortable, with a sitting area and nice bathroom, all was very clean, Staff was all polite and quite helpful specially Frensh speaker Ranna in the Reception, Really excellent breakfast with every food u can think of... they have a very nice swimming pool, locker room, sauna, shower, the hotel is located at the nice part of the city, and easy to walk wherever you want to go, I would recommend this hotel

I've been coming to Novotel al bustan since long time ago and each time I'm coming I'm getting a great service from the staff but this time it was really extra care from two gents Hicham and Simo

This hotel has advantage due to its location and also good value for money for members. It has easy approach to the city center and also not very far from airport and other offices. The hotel facilities are also fantastic.

Booked for 2 person and paid through online (accorhotels.com website). Staff was unaware about the promotion going on that we had to run-through them the details ourselves (Lack of communication). Promotion was unclear and confusing that we need to pay another person's breakfast because they said it was only for one person. Spoke to Ahmed (Front office Manager) but instead of making solution he even made it more worst. Offered late checkout where in fact it was included in our package for the ramadan sale promotion (no attention to details). He let us wait in the reception for an hour without any solution (no sense of urgency). Did not give any proper direction showing the way to the room. Room key was being forgotten to give so we have to come back and asked.

IF you are on a business trip to Abu Dhabi, this place is great - the hotel is new, the staff are friendly and the location is fairly central (depends on where in AUH you are going ) The good thing with this hotel is, the rooms and the hotel were very clean and the price was hard to beat - good, clean, city-central - a good place to stay for business
