Average, room was ok/good with a superb bed but bathroom was outdated and the room itself looked like a cable factory, so many wires. Breakfast was below average, in particular for the level of hotel, with a lot of stuff not looking or tasting very palatable. Bummer - in particulr since I am Accor member - at 12.05 (5 mins after latest check out time) I got a call in my room from front desk reminding me if I was late whereas I was about to head to reception. Sorry, but that's no hospitality.

This was a great hotel to stay at, especially because it is located right outside the Haeundae beach. It's literally a few steps away from the front door. Now, we stayed at the Novotel Doksan the day prior and had an amazing experience. This hotel had a lot of workers, but they were not nearly as friendly or helpful. It was almost like they preferred to stand there and stare out the glass doors instead of greeting people coming in and out. Maybe because the workers see so many people a day that it gets tiring, who knows. Overall though, this is still a wonderful hotel. We had a beautiful view of the beach on one side of the window and the streets on the other. The location was great, near the beach, but wasn't too far away from downtown. I would stil recommend this hotel when traveling to Busan.

Very little to fault this hotel, the reception is very modern with a good atmosphere.
Our room was a good size, the bed and bedding excellent. The bathroom was a very dated, however it had a certain charm to it and was not an issue. Free wifi.
Breakfast is buffet style with a great selection, so much choice.
It's very good that you can walk along the seafront or just cross the road to lots of restaurants and bars. Lots to choose from. Once again ideal for a walk after dinner.
In summary a very pleasant hotel and if you are staying I would recommend you try and secure a room with a sea view.

This hotel is in perfect location in Busan Haeundae. This is the beachside where there are many multicultural and Korean restaurants within a walking distance.
We arrived to find the city view room with 2 single beds although we booked for three people. As soon as we mentioned this error the concierge was at our door to take us to a new room. Then we found our second room with no air conditioner that is controlled by us. It was central heating!! We feel heat a lot so we asked the manager to come up with a solution. She put us up on the 15th floor(luck it was available!) to the beach view with self-contained air conditioner.... I would come back but make sure to book with the specified air con facility.

Stayed one night on business. Hotel is in a great location on the beach and I enjoyed the sea views the room offered. My room was clean, a good size and very comfortable. Was a little noisy up until around 9 pm as there is a bar below which blasts out music. However, this was not a problem by the time I needed to sleep. The restaurant served a very good breakfast and I could happily have stayed more time. Would recommend and certainly would stay here again if ever in Busan again.
