I stayed here for 3 days on a business trip. Room was good pool facing :), but break fast was not good very less options on the cuisine. Also , it was same menu everyday. Being one of the renowned hotels , I expected more. Staff was friendly :)

Were on a business trip during September first week, excellent service & product..lavish food & entertainment ..themed meals were great...must try the chefs special food.. Love to go back.. Thanks Mr. Osama & team. Best regards

Rooms are not properly clean, stains and dust every where no sheet at the sofa bed and had to change the room at the end
Service at pool very slow!
Issues while check in.

I was staying here on a 3 weeks long business trip, the room was very comfortable. The whole hotel is very nice, the restaurant and the pool area as well, the staff is very kind and helpful.
Unfortunately the gym is small and some equipment didn't work when I was there.
The big disadvantage of the hotel was the food. I think the selection of the breakfast contained very cheap things, I would expect better quality from a 4 star hotel. Otherwise, the food that can be found on the menu was ok.
