Confortable rooms, wide selection of foods at breakfast, free shuttle bus to airport terminals with a contact phone because sometimes, even if you email the hotel letting them know of your arrival, the drivers are not there..., quiet, swimming pool available and clean. Some employees at bars do not speak English, not acceptable.

I noticed that there is a big good differance in the front desk team lately and i will come back very soon and id like to thank housekeeping for taking care of guests very sincerly and also the smiling bell captain team anf restaurants staff

Apart from the new building , they have many renewed rooms that match the new design of the new building
In this hotel you will never miss your flight , if you request a wake up call, they will keep calling you, then someone will knock at your door
They have a shuttle bus every 30 minutes to the different terminals

After 10 days in Egypt I was happy to find internet connection which works ok but when I go to my room which was on ground floor, the toilet at room was horribly dirty. I mean on the toilet cover there were dark stains!!!! If you can survive without toilet it seems good.
