The room itself was okay.. clean and facing the city on the 12th floor. The buffet breakfast, as well as the dinner, was a water down sloppy mess all around. Forget about the presentation of it.. that was the least of the problem. The service was below average and downright unfriendly. The reception area is staffed by overbearing disinterested and downright rude rogues. Never again! Maybe the Sofitel next door would be better but maybe not since they are both part of the Accor chain of hotels.

This hotel has a perfect location right across from the medina. The staff is polite, but in the restaurant they are a bit disorganized. Even if we arrived half an hour after breakfast opened, there were spoons and plates missing.
The rooms are of good size and cleaning is ok. The towels however, seem to have seen better days.. My conclusion is that it’s worn out rental towels.
Beds are comfortable and the bathroom has good space. Water pressure a bit on the low side, but I reckon that could be the case in general in Casablanca.
I recommend this hotel anyway for a short business stay. Low grade due to the towels and that we every morning had to chase for missing things at breakfast.

Well located hotel but it lacks character. The welcome was very cold.
The rooms were a good size with room to move around.
The breakfast was very disappointing with the scrambled eggs being very runny and very limited choice for cereals. The coffee was very average.
Australian ACCOR Advantage membership not accepted.

Small room for family. Sofa bed too small for 2 kids and blankets/duvet small so both kids can’t share it without disturbing each other. Air conditioning didn’t work properly in spite of keeping thermostat to low temperature and full fan. Even AC technician couldn’t help.
Toilet and bathroom separate with no wash basin in toilet. So need come to bathroom for washing hands. For the price of 1300 MAD per room per night, it’s a huge disappointment from Novotel.
In my other room toilet was blocked and had to call for help on checking in late at night 11 PM.

Room is fairly large but out dated. Had a couch and a very out dated hair dryer. I mean that dryer was at least w0 years old! Air conditioning was poor and room was warm. Great shower and good sleep. Breakfast was fine. Wifi worked great. Great for a one night stay.
