The hotel is in a lovely location opposite Lambeth Palace and close to the river, Big Ben and other popular landmarks are within walking distance. The staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful especially when I couldn't open the buggy on leaving. It has a cosy bar area, with fire, and a section to the side where the kids could play. The food was first class with a great selection even for the little ones. I had never been in this Hotel before but will certainly return.

From when we checked in to when we left the service was great! Very efficient but friendly and personalised service. It was a special anniversary treat for my husband and the staff excelled at ensuring our stay was perfect. Great location and easy to get to various different parts of London on public transport or walkiing. Right by the river at Lambeth Bridge. We didn't use the restaurant, but the bar prices were very reasonable.

Lovely and clean. Modern rooms though quite small. We paid extra for breakfast daily and it was amazing! Best breakfast we had our entire trip. Well worth it. Great location...so close to the Thames, Westminster Bridge Big Ben etc. Recommended

Stayed in Nov 2017 - fantastic. Exactly what you expect a Novotel to be. Clean, quiet and friendly. Rooms were large for how close to Westminster the location is - 15 min walking distance and about 8-10Euro in a taxi. Staff were very friendly and did everything they could to help. Only down falls are the beds/pillows are not as comfy as most Novotels and that breakfast and the restaurant down stairs is VERY pricey for what it is - 16Euro for a poor buffet breakfast and 38Euro for 2 burgers for dinner.
Great stay, would stay agin and reccommend to friends :)

Good hotel, close to centre. Clean modern rooms. Good check in. Breakfast was a buffet with excellent choices. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Was on business so it really suited our needs in every way.
Just one small negative comment, upon checkout, the printer was not working so unable to print a receipt. Staff undertook to email receipt. It took three phone calls over the next two weeks to eventually get a receipt. Apart from that minor annoyance would stay here again.
