Hotel was in a good place and we had a nice room with an enormous television and outlets for my computer available , breakfast was self service and more than adequate , we would rate our stay very pleasant

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights whilst on a business trip. Service, cleanliness and value was excellent, what one would expect from a Novotel Hotel. Location is brilliant whether you visit Manchester on business or leisure as it is ideally located in the center close to all main attractions. Credit to the room cleaners and the fantastic reception team. Highly recommended!

Arrived at hotel late 10.00pm after a nightmare journey from London. Waiter took order, despite me pointing at the burger and saying no bacon, a chicken burger arrived with a fried egg on top! When I tried to explain to waiter it wasnât what I ordered it was challenging. He brought another staff member over and I explained to him my order was wrong. He apologised and went to correct my order. After 10.30 my order arrived, I started to eat it to find burger was cold, I was really hungry so ate half and left the rest. No one came to ask if everything was okay. I went to the bar for crisps as still hungry. The person who took my order came to take my plate away and then asked if everything was ok, I told him no burger was cold. He just removed the plate. Whilst all this was going on someone else was complaining about their pizza! Not goodđĄ

The staff was very helpful, the hotel lobby is well designed, the breakfast was excellent. The room was average, with old carpet on the floor, very good shower, and a ry good bed. Overall it was a very good value for money.

+ve - very helpful reception staff. Room clean and bed extremely comfortable. Good central location. Food for evening meal limited but good. Free WiFi.
-ve - Breakfast, although varied, was overcooked and lukewarm
