Arrived late to stay overnight as had early morning flight. Checkin was very good. Breakfast was average and expensive. When we checked out I was tired and anxious to get away to catch the plane and did not check account as carefully as I should. Later I realised we had been charged for the room that had array been paid for. Emailed them with no real response and it was only when the travel agent followed it up that we received refund.

Check-in slow, I might have been unlucky at the timing, but only one person doing the check-in so took 15 mins until my turn.
Rooms standard and clean. The other hotel areas seemed modern and ok.
They got a mini-bus that goes to the airport every 30 mins.
Breakfast was above average and you could press your own orange juice which was nice. So overall happy.

We stayed one night after a fairly late-ish arrival in to Milan LInate. We used the hotel's free shuttle from the airport ( Phone reception once you have picked up the bags) and it was about a ten minute ride . We also used this the next day, although it was a small minibus( maybe 6 seats?) so there would likely be a high demand on weekdays.
The hotel was good and provided all we needed for a short stay. The bathroom was a bit dated, with the normal Novotel arrangement of having the loo in a separate area to the bath- convenient if someone locks the bathroom door, but not great if you want to wash your hands after being in the loo!
Breakfast was a quality buffet service and plentiful, served in a conservatory room overlooking the pool.
We had bar snacks and pizza in the evening - food served until around 1130 pm, which was welcome after along journey as we had no inclination to go out again.
I would recommend for a short layover, but the room was too small to be comfortable for a longer stay.

Pleasantly surprised to find this clean, modern hotel so close to Linate airport. Room was quiet and well appointed with a desk and small sofa. Very comfortable.
Many choices at breakfast, probably the best part of the stay. Dinner was also good.
Beware parking: They charged 14 Euros to park overnight in their lot, which no one mentioned to us when we asked where to park, and they wouldn't take it off the bill when we complained. Parking in front of the hotel (on the hotel side of the gate) is free, also not mentioned when we asked where to park.

We stayed here for a business trip with meeting near Linate so it was a good option for the location. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. There are nice social spaces if you are traveling with a group. The breakfast is good. Service at the front desk is slow but not for lack of trying.
This is not centrally located to Milan but works well if you plan to be in this area or don't mind commuting into center of the city.
