The Novotel is a great option when you need a place to stay overnight between flights. There is a free shuttle to the airport which starts at 6:30 a.m. Breakfast was included with our reservation but the restaurant didn't open until 6:30 a.m. (same time as we had to be on the shuttle to the airport) but Cedric let us in a bit early, made sure we had coffee and a quick breakfast before we left. He even got us paper bags to take croissants with us as we didn't have enough time to eat. The hotel room was great, plenty big enough, nicely renovated bathroom and very clean. Great hotel

My flight to Montreal was cancelled do to maintenance and your hotel wouldn't refund my stay. I find that unprofessional and will consider this if I ever go to a place where you have properties. Nor will I refer your hotel.

Typical airport hotel BUT bigger room, clean and attractive. Great van driver to airport. Good communication. No tea bags??? The hotel has a park and fly program that works well. It has a bar an restaurant which is good because it is not close to anything else. Ifyou were planning to enjoy a dinner in downtown Montreal, it will be a $40 cab ride one way.

We started here at the start of long vacation. Spent a night in Montreal before catching an early flight out the next morning. Very close to the airport via 5 minute shuttle ride hotel. The room was very spacious and clean with a modern update. Hotel has a good amenity base with full bar and restaurant which we took advantage of for a light dinner. We would certainly recommend staying here should you travel through the area on business or needing to get to the airport.
