We stayed here for one night to split a journey from Monaco to Florence as part of our honeymoon. The hotel reception area was nice, clean, bright and modern. The bedroom was tiny as was the bathroom (I could only JUST fit in the shower - it was a squeeze). As we were only here for one night, it wasn't a massive problem. The room was a bit hot. Breakfast was served in a nice area and had plenty of options. Really great location near the train station.

If you have to be in Genoa... and you are on a budget, this hotel is passable. It's clean, centrally located to the center of the city and close to the trains station for easy access. The people at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful

The location is good. Close to Principe trainstation, very handy if you like to do a daytrip to close villages. The hotel is nice, breakfast ok. Aquarium of Genoa is ten minutes away by foot. Bus from the airport costs 6 euro. Hotel well worth the price!

I recently stayed at this hotel...well not really - they put my in a room 2-3 doors down and called it the Hotel Nuovo Nord with a sign taped to the wall. The room was not only blistering hot (couldn't sleep), it was subterranean and pedestrians walked by my window that, by the way, only had a sheer piece of fabric draped, so anyone walking by could see in my room. Then the live band started around 9 or 10:00 pm and played through midnight. The music was so loud I could hear the singer's lyrics. I didn't mind the music as much as I felt very unsafe, removed from any other guests and in an underground fishbowl. Just make sure you are in the real hotel - not the annex. Just make sure they guarantee your room is in the real hotel.The real hotel is nice, clean, safe and breakfast was good. You don't want to be in the room I was in....

This is a good budget hotel close to the train station and great for our stopover day. Nice and neat although the air-conditioning struggled in the heat. The lady at concierge was lovely and so helpful that it made the visit so much more enjoyable
