We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay at Oak Bay Hotel. The rooms are a good size with very comfortable beds and quality linen. The bathrooms were well equiped with good quality products. We did use the spar and pool which was very relaxing, the drinks and food in the pool area were excellent. Also had a meal in the pub which was enjoyable. The breakfasts which were included in our room rate were average, I would have preferred to eat elsewhere. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, our room unfortunately was serviced late in the afternoon and we were sometimes back from a day out before it was done, annoying. Even though there is a shuttle service to town we did end up with several taxi trips, so long as you are aware of this no problem!

This hotel is 5* away from the hustle and bustle of uptown, with fabulous rooms and great amenities. I love the soaker tubs, beautiful bedding with down pillows. On site Boathouse Spa is a real treat with very relaxing services.

Everything about our stay at the Oak Bay Hotel was exceptional. We had a room with a view of the Salish Sea and it is breathtaking. So glad we stayed at Oak Bay instead of a hotel in downtown. The hotel provides transportation to downtown so staying at Oak Bay is the best of both worlds.

my mother and I enjoyed very pleasant, welcoming staff, beautiful and clean room, beautiful view of the ocean, beautiful pool and spas directly adjacent to the ocean. this was my second visit and I will definitely come back.

Booked the hotel for a stay while visiting family in Victoria. We used the hotel amenities - spa, dining, cafe & pub, to share in a birthday experience for a family member! It was all excellent! Highly recommend this Hotel! I/we will be back again!!
