We had an anniversary break at the hotel and chose the gin tour package. Lots of nice touches including a card and chocolates in our room, plus other treats too, including a note and chocolates left when the bed was turned back in the evening. We even found some strawberries in the fridge! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The distillery was only 10 minutes away and we were able to check in early and pick up our voucher before the tour.

A beautiful hotel and grounds, attentive service at reception, in the bar and in the restaurant, the food was very tasty.
We would have like more atmosphere in the bar before and after dinner as it was very quiet and only had faint music on the background, so we retired to our room earlier than we wanted to.
Rooms were lovely and clean and had everything we needed, except for bath robes.
Breakfast was good and you could order what you wanted from the menu or help yourself to a continental buffet. The room however was very stuffy and lacked atmosphere again.
We would come back again but perhaps with a group and not on our own.

Stayed at Oakley Hall for one night whilst have dinner with friends at a nearby venue. The hotel is situated in stunning grounds and interiors have been built to a very high standard. We found the staff to be friendly and very diligent. Some days afterwards they informed me that I had left an iPhone charger behind which they forwarded to me at no additional cost. I left things behind in Hotels before and have had great hassle in retrieving them. Oakley Hall's approach to this issue is very refreshing.

From booking online to checking out my experience at Oaklay Hall was wonderful. I would highly recommend to anyone. Fantastic, helpful staff and fabulous rooms and hotel grounds! A really special weekend at the Oakley hall, The Bombay Saphire experience!!

Booked this through booking.com as we were going to the Bombay Sapphires Distillery however when I rang the hotel for an enquiry they advised me it would be much cheaper to book direct which I did and saved £30 on the room. For what we paid for the room was amazing value for money. All the staff were extremely professional but relaxed with it and nothing was too much trouble. The only down side was the cost of drinks £21 for 2 gin and tonics is excessive as it is just gin and a tonic with which even in London you would struggle to find somewhere that would charge that much! Beautiful hotel just bring lots of cash for the bar!!
