Amazing place. Had a high level riverview room. Room clean and fresh, good size balcony, onsite parking available, convenient location 7/11 at the front door. Pool and spa clean and working. Would recommend ..

Dated furniture. Insufficient shelf space in bathroom. No toothbrush holder or glass in bathroom. Measly 30 minutes wifi per 24 hours. Chipped walls and furniture. No brochures or maps etc in apartment. These were available at reception. No eatery in hotel.

Beds are the least comfortable things i have ever slept on. No toppers no protectors not even pillowtop mattress just springs. We were stayimg earlier in the year for a bucks and hens and after only 1 night as the mattresses were painful. We had already booked this 2nd trip by then for another event so we were locked in. Peak hour in the lifts is a nightmare as cleaners etc have to use the same lifts. Also be aware that weekends are bucks hens and birthday central. If looking for a hotel for that purpose this place is orefevt. Definitely book through groupon or scoopon as it represents some form of value in comparison to the asking price

My partner and I stayed at Oaks Aurora for two nights and were very disappointed with the room type, service and noise level from spa and pool area which was right under our room.
The bed was so uncomfortable, pillows gave us both sore necks and we got none of our requests given to us.

Car parking was a nightmare - finding The access as well as finding a car space. Staff not friendly. Property location and facilities were good. Close to Queen St Mall and the river cats. Large balcony. Plenty of lifts.
