Great spot for the working trip. Spacious, comfortable rooms in a great location. Staff were outstanding and facilities world class. Easy booking system Will be definitely be staying here for future trips.

This hotel is very good in all aspects. I was annoyed at having to give all my details again and paying a bond for the room, in spite of staying several times before. Apparently loyalty and repeat business is only rewarded if you belong to the loyalty club. I have travelled all over Europe and have never had to pay a bond for my room.

We came to Broome out of season because it was the only time my husband could get off work. When we arrived we were told most of the tour companies had closed for the season. A little disappointing ( but not unusual for us) we are terrible at doing our research before we go anywhere. The first advantage to being out of season was on arrival at our hotel we were upgraded from a room to a very pleasant apartment with a verandah and direct access to the pool. BIG BONUS ( although I think could be very noisy in the height of season when the hotel is up to full capacity) something to bear in mind if you are looking for a quiet break. The staff were very informative and helpful and always pleasant and polite, wishing you a great day when you left and asking how your day had been on your return.

Location is quite good - a little out of town but near the museum and Matsos. Room was a good size - depending on where you are you don't need to go to through the lobby. I found the restaurant at night quite good. Would stay again.

Amazing experience and great value for money! The rooms with a spa are so nice and it is easy walking distance to town or to public transport.
You can wander to the pub or walk down to the beach for a relax. There is so many choices around you are spoiled.
