Clean room with kitchen so would be suitable for longer stays. Has a gym and parking. in my opinion (was in a hot period) needs a pool. Hasn't got a bar or own resteraunt but had a cafe next for breakfast.

The rooms are bland. Can hear toliets flushing above. And the roadworks woke us up at 6am. The checkout was slow. Not worth the $$$ the location good as you are in the heart of the city. Traffic on a sat poor

Nice apartment with car parking. Clean and spacious. Only complaint were the check in staff - very slow and didn’t seem to know what they were doing! I asked if I needed a pass for car park at check in and was told no, but had a problem when I needed to get back into the car park. I needed a pass! Some staff training required I think....

Excellent location. Brother Thomas next door provides an excellent breakfast. Tram stops right in front of hotel door on William Stret and across the road on La Trobe St. Great park across the road to walk in. Easy to get to city. Perfect spot with a great view from our room.

The room was excellent although quite a small balcony. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Location was close to the markets and within close walking distance to many and varied eating houses. Outlook over Flagstaff Gardens and easy access to the free city trams
