We stayed for two nights at this hotel in June this year and we were very disappointed with it. The photos on their web site show a quite nice hotel, but once you arrive there you realise that all that glitters is not gold. To get to the reception is like doing an obstacle course. The whole hotel is an absolute shambles. We were shown two rooms but they were disgusting we eventually settled on the best of a bad bunch, a garden room. This was quite pleasant and had a decent bathroom but we had a king size bed with double size sheets!!! When the water heater was switched on the water was scalding hot but there were no signs stating HOT WATER. The young man on reception was very pleasant and spoke English which non of the others did. The breakfast was not very appetising, if you wanted a decent cup of coffee you had to pay extra. There was no fruit provided.
The whole place was cluttered and a mismatch of tables and chairs, and everywhere needed a good clean and tidying up. We think it used to be a family home but it needs to be demolished and something decent built there.

We have stayed this hotel for 4 days.When we came our room,towels and sheets were very dirty.We inform it to reception while going walking around,they changed them till we were back wity DIRTY ones!i inform reception again that;towels and sheets are again dirty.they informed me;these are the most clean ones so we can not do anything!how?why?we can not receive any answer.next day,we wrote email to booking about this stiuation,they changed our towels again but in this time they have never cleaned our room during our vacation!never changed sheets again,or they did not clean floors.

Did not actually stay here but were in desperate need of help as we had left our passports at the previous city's. The staff were overly friendly, helpful and there help was extremely appreciated. With this we managed to get our passports back. Place looked clean well looked after and everything else that is wanted at a hotel. Major thumbs up to the staff at hotel Oaza!

This hotel is on ok position but if you want a minimum hygienic in room or the toilet dont go here! Room not cleaned for months and in three days only one time i had a new towels but without cleaning the room. Breakfast not serving before 8:30 if that can be called a breakfast. This was my worst hotel experience in life!

Starting from the beginning :
Hotel: well located , outdoor well prepared...
Staff: Helpful without good english language
Room: Big room with big balcony and everything was dirty..... We understand we came in the pre-season but please u need to care about your guests more and look after more ur HouseKeepers.....
And a very important thing !
Until the end of the year next to the hotel , they build another hotel complexum so if u dont like noise after 7-8 in the morning , forget the place :(
WiFi connection poor , breakfast was enough until to the next corner......
Im a little bit disappointed !
I not recommend this place !
