Great place considering the price and location. Room size is enough to feel comfortable. Clean n tidy as well. Breakfast is the only drawback. Needs variety and improvement in quality. Excellent place in the heart of the city. All locations are adjacent. Worth it for 1/2 nights stay.

Best thing is its proximity to Garuda Mall
Staff are polite but forgot to leave enough sheets and towels and needed to be reminded thrice !!
Water in the bath had a strange smell and that sort of puts you off. I had read about it in earlier reviews and hoped it would have been rectified but no.
Big rooms at a nice location

It is located at a best possible location in Bangalore. Rooms are big and spacious. Executive suites are the best here. The only negative about this place is with the parking. It has parking but a little congested place to park the car. Value for the money.
Poor due to turn-away

Had booked the hotel due to it's close location within the city-center and the vast shopping- and dining possibilities in this area. Had based all my plans on the location of the hotel.
The hotel advertises to arrange for airport-pick-up (transfer). Had been writing on 3 occassions to the hotel directly and via booking.com. No reply.
When arriving late night after a long and exhausting trip, the receptionist informed, that he had tried "many times" to get in contact with me - there was no single "missed call" registered on my devise. Reason for having tried to contact me: I will NOT be staying at this hotel though my reservation is turned away to a "close by" sister hotel. A transfer was arranged for by the receptionist, the driver had issues finding the hotel. It took about 10 min. during late night to get to the "close by" hotel, at day-times the trip back from the alternative hotel to the area I had booked in, took some 20 min. I believe to have understood the reason for the turn-away... The published rates on the internet went up on a more or less daily basis from the moment I had paid till the moment I have arrived. So assumingly the guests having booked on higher rates been accommodated, the one(s) -like me- having booked on a more fortunate rate been turned away to a hotel that is less asked for. - very disappointed!

We booked the Octave Suites based on the location of the hotel. On reaching the hotel, we were told that the deluxe suite is not available and we were upgraded to executive suite and were told that next day we would be provided with deluxe room. So we packed all our luggage the next day morning and kept it ready as they told they will shift it. When we came in the evening, nothing was done and when we asked the reception, they told that they didnt shift the room and the guy at the reception told us we could use the executive room for one more day since we were checking out the next day. But next day evening when we came back they had shifted all our unpacked stuffs to a new room without asking us. It is not that we wanted a executive room, when we booked deluxe we wanted only deluxe, but the way it was handled is not professional and we wont be coming back or recommending this hotel. There is no restaurant in the hotel, the food is horrible and the complimentary breakfast is worth skipping. The rooms have stinking smell as well and need renovation.
