silvertopderbyon 23/10/2017 17:28Just returned from a 2 night stay in the ground floor room. very warm clean and comfortable. 2 single beds plenty of storage if needed and a good sized bathroom with electric shower. Hospitality tray very welcome especially after a long drive from Derbyshire Very good breakfast and the owners were very friendly and welcoming The bonus is car parking at the rear of the property . Definately recommend this B&B

Dee256on 16/09/2017 17:59We booked here for a night's stay. The positives: friendly hosts, good breakfast, near to town; the negatives: décor is dated and needs updating, carpet going up to first floor needs cleaning and refitting.
The welcome pack in the room could have been more welcoming. I have never before read that if bedwetting occurs, there will be a charge taken from one's credit card or indeed for any breakages and damage. While I do know that these things may happen, I found these comments off-putting. As someone who used to run a four star b and b, I would never have put such things in the welcome pack. Maybe they have had some bad guests but I wasn't impressed with the pack.

ChrisLadeon 15/09/2017 16:43We stayed for 1 night, whilst visiting for the Brecon Beacons. The staff were very friendly, the room we had (5) was comfortable, clean and quiet, the breakfast in the morning was very nice and the location was fantastic.
Walking distance to town and a short drive to various features of the Brecon Beacons.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and shall return again, thanks.

Old building, so floor levels were good fun :)
15 min walk to town centre. Ideally placed for trips to PenYFan & Waterfall country.
I've paid double for Premier Inns that were nowhere near as good.

SurreyTweetyon 02/08/2017 22:29Stayed here overnight while in Brecon. The room and B&B was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was served in a large bright and airy room with lots of friendly staff around to help. Out only complaint was that he mattress was a bit firm for our taste.
