I booked this hotel via Booking.com. they already charges my credit card. The hurricane happen nd h-2 this hotel sent me email that our reservation has been cancel by them. Its not our fault but till now they never give back our money. Booking.com said that Ole Hotel give slow respon to this case. And blaming bank sistem! This is not profesional. Almost 2 month and no progress at all! So disappointed.

The hotel location was great, it was just about 10 minutes walked to St Paul Ruin and Casino. We were really impressed by the welcoming staffs and the hotel decoration. Our room was small but comfortable and clean

We had a good stay for second time. I am just worried about housekeeping standard they have. Don't get me wrong we love our room to be clean and they do it everyday but I am not sure if they are changing our sheets that time. Because the crumbs of biscuits we left is still on the sheet covered with comforter. WE like this place cos it is simple and straight forward. Have to think about if we are going back next time.

This is a nice hotel located 10 minutes' walk from the heart of the old town. The staff speak English and are very friendly and helpful, and rooms are clean, although ours was quite small, with only a very small window. There's a good breakfast buffet (not included), and overall I'd recommend the place given the price and location.

Pro : Good location, St Paul Ruin and Casino Lisboa is just 10 minute walk away.
Plenty of local famous eatery around the corner.
Con: Hotel is generally clean, but it's a little run down with mold smell in the room I
stayed.
