A generally brilliant holiday resort - it's conveniently located relatively near to Naples plus the beach and pool are amazing. They're never too busy, either. The restaurant is great but the food isn't great for kids. The pizza is superb and that's always an option at mealtimes.

I was there with 5 friends in mid October, the staff and family could not have made you feel more at home as you would be a guest. The service from the staff was perfect. The bartender was a hit every night before we turned in late at night. The staff in the Restaurant couldn’t have been more pleasant for breakfast. We ate two dinner in the restaurant and one lunch out at the beach club where the owner sent several delicious items that were not on the menu to us.
I highly recommend this hotel. In my opinion the key is to stay more than one night so the staff gets to know you.
The ruins of Paestum were amazing and embarrassed to say I have never heard of them before.
We did trips from the hotel that worked out well for the 6 Days we were there.

Having had a planned trip cancelled due to Monarch collapsing we booked with BA to use the Oleandri Resort. We were made to feel very welcome and were looked after especially by Elena. The restaurant staff were very helpful and the food was lovely. We were able to enjoy sitting on the private beach soaking up some autumn sunshine. Our superior room was very comfortable and clean. An excellent 4 day break.

This is the 5th consecutive year, we have just spent another fabulous family holidays with our two little kids and friends at the Oleandri Resort. We have always chosen the family apartment which offers space and comfort, with a very relaxing terrace where to have lunch or a drink with friends. We particularly appreciate the special care offered by the family owning the Resort and the whole staff, from the extraordinary maitre Raffaele, to the excellent chef Gaetano who prepares delicious dishes also for my gluten-free wife, to the great pizzaiolo Sergio who taught our son how to make the real pizza, to all the waiters always kind and ready to satisfy any request, to the fantastic Giuseppe and the whole mini club team and the whole Animation staff, to the nice cleaning ladies who makes the apartment very welcoming and clean every day... thank you again for letting us enjoy another wonderful 2-weeks family holidays! Looking forward to seeing you all again next summer! :-)

Had a superior room - a double bedroom with a bathroom and kitchen (in which were two beds for our children). As stated extensively here, the place is a little run down, but is completely functional; if you want luxury, find somewhere else, but if you're happy to take a little rough around the edges, then really consider it. For instance, the shower attachment in the bath is bizarrely positioned, but not to complain about. The kitchen comprises a good size fridge, small freezer, four ring gas hob and sink. However, there's no plug for the sink, and no washing up liquid or tea towels. Highlights are outside the rooms, however. The pool is large and fun; half of it is at a depth of 5-6 feet, but there's a gently graduated area for children to play in. Most of the time it's not at all crowded. In the afternoon there's a DJ and exercise classes. In addition, a 250 metre walk through the forest delivers you to a private beach, with plenty of sun-loungers and a beach volleyball court. The sandy beach is large (perhaps 80 metres wide) and the sand is shallow so that you can go out for a distance of about 20 meters, with the water no deeper than 4 feet. Outdoor showers, WC and changing rooms at the exit. Very active kids club - the staff seem to really enjoy involving the children. Mainly Italians, then Russians. Occasional other europeans.
