Hotel is well situated within walking distance to the main avenue. It took me about 40 mins walking down to the River. Hotel is clean with nice hair and shower products.
Staff members are friendly.
Like I have mentioned, it is not in the center of all attractions but everything can be reached easily on foot or a short Uber ride (5-7 Euros) in my situation.
Breakfast is pretty basic.

The hotel fills the expectations for a 4-star hotel. The lobby is clean and welcoming, staff friendly. The room was large and served its function just ok. The carpet and the chair were dirty though. The bathroom was large and superclean. There was a minibar, but no water kettle, I'd like one and on my opinion there should be one. You can however have tea or something else up in the room from the lobby bar (where you always have to wait to be served... but Portugal is not a country of effectiveness in any other thing either). The hotel was surprisingly quiet even though there are streets passing on every direction. As mentioned before, it is right next to the red metro line stop, and about 30 mins walking to the centre.
Breakfast was sufficient, nothing awesome, but always fresh sliced fruits, cheeses, sausages, warm options,breads, cereals and buns. It was below the street level and sure it would have been nice to have windows.
So this hotel is a good choice, but since there are several same level hotels in the same area, I would try some other next time.

It feels like it’s a new hotel, fresh and nicely done interior. Clean, big spacious room we had. Service is also nice. Friendly people on the reception, helpful with the problems/questions you have! Location is good, next to the metro station (convenient) Not noisy at all. We didn’t try breakfast, stayed in November 2017 for 3 nights.

Perfect hotel for the Web Summit if you like to get up in the morning and get out quickly, as the metro is just a block away, and you get on the red line metro to the summit before the crowded Alameda stop. This is the modern side of Lisbon but lots of places to eat, with the traditional O Pavao down the street.
Friendly as well - it feels like a big 4-star mega-hotel but in fact is smaller than it looks, and the staff are welcoming, which is nice for a woman traveling solo. Plus, was able to have a good glass of wine in the bar when too exhausted to go out partying. And the breakfast buffet is just right, not overloaded but just enough choice for however you like to start your day.
Not convenient if you want to walk from here to the older part of town in the evenings, but it's easy enough to get there by metro or cheap cab. All in all, this is where I'll stay next time I come to the summit.

I don’t know how rating has been done but I don’t think this is a 4 stars hotel : The hotel has no restaurant and no room service which is actually one of the criteria for having the 4th star.
On the other hand, The hotel is well located, not in the center but in a convenient location and few hundreds meters from the metro. Staff is good and welcoming.
One thing definitely to improve is the breakfast that is served underground with no daylight and has very limited choice. Non fresh ingredient such as ham and cheese were visibly taken out of the packaging, while the (negligible?) absence of the notorious delicious fresh Portuguese pastry was really a miss.
In the end you pay for a service that you don’t receive and In the neighborhood there are far better options for similar or cheaper prices. I’d rather saved some money and stayed in a 3 star, I am sorry but will not come back or recommend.
