This is one of the hidden gems in Kochi. The rooms are very clean. and the staff is very accommodating and goes out of their to be helpful. The only downside was the wifi would kick you out every 30 min or so. In my 1 week stay, I entered the long personal username and password at least 100 times. The service at their restaurant is much better than the bar. You get the same food and drinks at both places.

The hotel ambience is good. The rooms are neatly maintained and has the basic required amenities. The bathroom is cleanly maintained. Also the room service is excellent. I recommend this hotel for any business stay at kakkanad. The hospitality is appreciated. Only car parking is a big issue here. Hotel needs to keep a good place for valet parking than keeping the cars on side of the road as it is not safe. Food quality is good, with rooms for improvement.

Olive Eva has a perfect location for people working or visiting Infopark in Kochi. Their breakfast is amazingly good and the staff is very polite and professional.
Vigi is the manager who is managing it with a personal touch. Other people at restaurant and front desk are equally good.

The staff were very helpful especially the manager Manu and the team. The hotel is top notch and at a very convenient location. The place is very clean and the ambiance is very good. Loved the place. Would recommend everybody to stay there if visiting the place.

Kakkanad has changed over the past one year...A lot many eateries have come up in and around ...Thanx to infopark...I had stayed in olive Eva exactly one year back and compared to last time, the ratings have gone down .. There was nobody accompanying from reception to room...Once inside room, there was some issues with the power key and the power would come n go on its own...Twas addressed promptly thou....The restaurant doesn't work from 3-7pm and the only sandwich thats available costs 160 rupees !! The complimentary breakfast next day was terrible !! I wonder who came up with that menu ! There was hardly anything good to eat or choose from !! I had high expectations from this hotel cos last yr twas a nice experience and I had recommended to many people visiting veegaland...Now I wud give them a caution ! Pls take care of these...I will b coming next year same time one last time
