Omni Jacksonville has beautiful rooms - elegant restaurant and fabulous staff. Stay here if you do not mind the a soft uncomfortable mattress. They get there toilet paper from the same source as Motel 8.

We were meeting a friend who was in town for a couple days and he was staying here. Kudos to front desk staff member, Scott Emack..he was so pleasant and accommodated our request for a room last minute when other plans fell through for us. Our room was clean and comfortable .. no complaints there.
Would definitely recommend to others and hope we can return again and will definitely choose the Omni for our stay!

Long waits at check in, room was not ready and then lines 8 deep with only 2 working check in. Rooms were standard hotel, pillows and bed just ok. No fans in bathroom to remove steam. The Landing is across the street, but it's not that great of a night spot, a bit disappointed. The price was very good, but I had a discount.

poor quality hotel. service was bad. people at check in desk were not very helpful. Very rushed and moody. They were not willing to help with anything. Everything had a dollar value tied to it. Location is very bad. Harassed by homeless people when walking to town or just to get a bite to eat.

Good business hotel, poor restaurant and very noisy. Room quality small but very clean. If you are there for any length of time, organize and identify local restaurants within walking distance. Hotel does not provide commute service from and to the airport, so be prepared before arrival to research arrangements.
