The overall experience was positive. Courteous staff, clean and comfortable room, in walking distance to casino and restaurants. Room service was just okay. They didn't deliver morning coffee as requested the night before. Ordered a lump crab dish and there were bits of the hard crab shell and they forgot to bring the two glasses of water that I asked for.

Our first stay in New Orleans and it didn't disappoint! When we arrived at the Omni we were greeted by everyone, very friendly staff! Great location! We asked for recommendations on where to go for lunch and they suggested the Crazy Lobster, it was delicious! Not a bad walk to bourbon street either! We traveled with our pet and it was very accommodating! They even give your pet a little treat when you arrive! I thought that was nice! Overall great first time experience, we would definitely stay at the Omni again! Thank you :)

Omni Riverfront is in a great location. We walked to the Riverwalk, Harrah's Casino, Fulton Street, and nearby restaurants. Mulatte's is literally around the corner. The most convenient aspect of its location is jumping on the river street car and riding to the French quarters. The staff was very nice, but the congestion at the front doors is a little hard to enter and exit. Too many cars are double parked in the circular drive and guests have to walk around parked cars to reach the front doors. The hotel restaurant was very nice. We ate breakfast there before leaving for the airport and had a delicious meal.

The staff was friendly and attentive. But the bathroom in my room flooded twice. I called the sent someone to fix it but it flooded again the next morning. In side the rooms you could hear other guest that were loud outside the rooms the staff put out signs to remind guest to lower their voices on the hall but those were ignored.

The front door staff and the concierge were very accommodating and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean. There were adequate amenities provided. The location was excellent; I was within walking distance of several attractions including the casino, Riverwalk, and the convention center.
