Right in the centre of Cordoba and within very easy walking distance of everything there is to see, this funky hotel is a great option and very reasonably priced.
The staff are young, friendly and helpful and upon check in, will go out of their way to provide suggestions of things to do, where to eat, what to see, marking up a free map to help you. It's a very warm, appreciated welcome.
The rooms are quite large and contain a functioning kitchenette, including fridge, stove, microwave and some basic kitchenware and utensils. There is also a desk with chairs, but oddly, at least in my room, there are no power outlets anywhere near the desk, which is a bit strange.
The bed is comfortable, but the linens could do with a closer scrutiny by housekeeping and the duvet cover was as grubby as the pillowcases and sheets. They either need replacing or the laundry needs a word. The room itself is also a bit less than spotlessly clean.
The bathroom is tiny and there's a shower stall barely big enough for an adult, with reasonable water pressure and heat once the flow kicks in. You can wait quite a while for the hot water to flow. Wedged in the same space is a toilet and sink, but none of it is very accessible and a thorough clean is really needed. Towels however were clean and fresh and shampoo and soap is provided. Maid service appears to be daily, but they leave it very late. I got back to room at 5PM each day and the room still hadn't been cleaned or serviced. The maids around around 5:30PM when I really wanted to rest.
There's a good buffet breakfast provided each day, although it's a bit on the sweet side. Lots of fresh fruit and juice, but pastries, breads, jams make up the bulk. There's ham and cheese, but no eggs. The yogurt is really like flavoured milk. Tea, coffee and water are provided 24/7 in the breakfast room, not in the rooms themselves. The breakfast room leads out on to a patio and a swimming pool, but the pool didn't look very inviting. Probably clean enough, but lime green water is never all that attractive. I'd paint the pool blue to encourage more use.
WIFI is free, but a little temperamental. You have to log on differently on each floor and the reliability isn't all that great.
All in all, a fine stay for a good rate in a great location. The nice staff make up for any deficiencies and their friendliness is appreciated.

My brother and I stayed in ON apartments for a four day weekend and had an absolute blast. The room was perfect size and had comfortable beds. The kitchen was larger than I had expected and being able to utilize kitchen utensils was simple by asking the front desk for some. The bathroom was spacious and met all of my needs. The greatest detail of the apartment is the lighting system, in order to turn on the lights you must leave your hotel keycard in the switch, allowing you to never forget your key while also being conscious about saving energy on lights.

Pros:
Great location for exploring and night life.
Cheap.
Excellent service.
Breakfast buffet is ok.
Good wifi connection and speed.
Pool - though it wasn't warm enough to use it during our stay.
Cons:
No safe/safety deposit box.
At the weekends there's a very loud club a few doors down - you might as well party until 5am because either way you'll get no sleep!
Also, when it rains heavily, the rain bounces around the metal balconies outside and sounds like someone is drumming (which can be disturbing if you're a light sleeper).
The shower had to be turned on full in order for it to stay in it's holder, which meant that it was like showering in warm hail.

First of all: Cordoba is a town with several universities, so the students dominate the streets.
This is reflected in the lay-out of the room. Plenty of space for studying.
That said, this is a quite nice small hotel. The room is of a good standard. We stayed in room 41 with a small balcony with view to the pool. Did'nt try it since it rained during our stay.
A/C was good and wi-fi fast and stable. Big fridge and plenty of space for storing your luggage. Bathroom OK. No safe in the room.
Breakfast was sparse, but ok if you only stay for a couple of days. Staff was nice, but don’t expect that everyone speaks fluent English.
Location is good. Within walking distance of most sights. About 10 minutes walk to the main plaza with the cathedral. Restaurants everywhere.

I have had the honor of staying at On Aparts Hotel Design now for two and a half weeks. The rooms are immaculate, the view is incredible, and the staff all speak English. The staff go out of their way to make the guests feel like Kings and Queens. Not knowing where to go or where to eat, the staff was very helpful with suggestions. I was told that the best hamburger was right across the street at a place called Moods. It WAS GREAT. I needed a phone. I got more help than imagined. My stay here has been terrific. I will ONLY stay at On Aparts Hotel Design.
