Алексей Чon 15/11/2017 19:26Great hotel with awesome service. Got everything one might want, a clear suitable room, pool, breakfast, getting in\out not via the lobby, even after checkout you still can get everything you need for a day on a beach and leave your luggage in the hotel. Almost perfect.
Adequate, but nothing "fancy".
278howardkon 18/06/2017 20:34I had the opportunity to try Hotel One Acapulco Costera in June 2017. One of the main reasons I chose that property, is, that it is one of the very few hotels in the Costera zone that is relatively new. The majority of hotels are between 30-40 years old in the Costera zone, and are in desperate need of renovations. So Hotel One, met my need of a place to stay that wasn't so old. In spite of that, it did not appear to be as new as it is, mainly because the floor tiling detracts from that, as it is an overused design, from many years ago, used in many properties. And, the rooms are small, especially for an extended stay, would feel cramped. My stay was when there was a 30% off sale, so it came in under US $50.00 per night, which is reasonable, all things considered.
Nice place to stay if its for a short time
Israel Gon 31/03/2017 20:13The hotel is close to the beach and offers breakfast, do not book directly by phone they usually give you the highest rate.
The personal was friendly and kind and beds are comfy too, if you're in Acapulco for business you can stay in this property and you'll be close to the convention center for a cheaper price.
Business hotel, safe and sound
Javierzpon 18/12/2016 03:48Is business hotel, there not much to add. But this one is a special one for me, been there twice and it is cheap and good at the same time.
Unfortunately local people sort of destroy the quietness during high season and common areas like pool, breakfast and corridors are all covers with screams and sometimes kids knocking doors, like there never were educated
Management is good and they do their best for the peace of everyone but they got overwhelmed during high season.
If funny to see people complaining of room size and TV, come on, is a business hotel. You want luxury paying less than 50 dollars at nite
Good for business trips
SERGIO Fon 14/04/2016 13:22The location is excellent for business porpouses, average continental breakfast, and good for what its payed for compared to other hotels, I just used it to sleep and go to work... a 3 day stay, I left my charger in the room and they sent it to me very fast, with a Fedex guide I payed for of course.
