What People are saying

Average as all one hotels, but older

Renan Don 09/04/2017 04:39

One is normally an alternative when traveling on budget, but this one is older than they use to be, so the experience is even more limited. Is close to the airport, they offer shuttle service what is convenient.

Terrible hotel ever

438magdalenacon 09/01/2017 09:32

I just stayed one night, but it was the longest one ever. I chose this hotel because it is located just five minutes from the airport. Previous to reserve, I read the reviews. Fairly half of them were positive, and the other half were way so negative that I thought the things people said on them couldn't even be possible. Unfortunately, every thing was not just true, but even worse than described. The worst part, the toilet had a strong smell to urine, and one of the beds hadn't being changed. Personnel were very nice, but lacked professionalism. When l asked them to fix the toilet situation they just applied a deodorant, but didn't sanitize it. Real bad experience.

Thank God there's only ONE of these in Monterrey; no pun intended!!

We were really surprised when we arrived at this hotel. It was tiny. It didn't feel welcoming at all. The staff was nice but that couldn't make up for the fact that we didn't feel at all comfortable here. Our room was very small and looked so uninviting; my wife wanted to leave, but we arrived rather late and had to catch a plane early the next day, so we stayed. The bathroom looked dirty and there was no separation between the shower and the wash basin.; it was very uncomfortable. The bed was hard as a rock. The air conditioning was either full cold or nothing at all. The TV was not a flat screen but an old school TV with only a couple of channels. Morning couldn't come quick enough for us. We were happy to leave. One good thing it is within 5 minutes of the airport and they do have a shuttle.

Great option if your business in the airport area.

If your business trip requires you to be close to the airport and/or industrial or technological parks in the area, ONE airport is a good option. You'll find a good hotel with all the basic services and a great staff.

Bare and small room

alxruzaon 20/07/2016 21:38

Rooms are so tiny and bare, they don't even have a closet for placing my clothes, the restroom is so cheap that they use the same door for separating wc and whole restroom.

This hotel doesn't have neither a gym nor a swimming pool, the laundry service is highly expensive, there are some washing machines you can use for free but you need to bring your own laundry detergent and there's no iron in the room.

I had a situation with WC which was not working properly, after two calls to reception they sent a plumber to change something and then it worked but it was full of rust stains and it looked all dirty. The AC worked sometimes well, some others it didn't, if I wanted to cool the room I needed to use heat mode and vice versa

The only good thing I could find was the included buffet breakfast even that it was the same every single day: fruit, scrambled eggs, chilaquiles (mexican dish), smashed beans, sweet bread, toasted bread, cereal, coffee, milk and fake orange and apple juice, people serving it were really nice.

Front desk people were so nice as well except for one girl who was rude all the time asking me to pay for my laundry service before getting the clean clothes even that she knew I was still staying at the hotel for a few more days....
