I stayed there for almost two months. At first there were a lot things that were taken for granted being it general cleanliness to the bed sheets and towels. The bedsheets and towels that are supposed to be white in color were very worn out and discolored from white to grayish. Two weeks ago there has been good changes with new bedsheets and towels that are white and to the standard. Room cleaning is not taken seriously with a lot of dust particles floating in the room and under the bed. The glass in the bathroom is not polished that has resulted to the material getting hazy with a lot of stains. The reception staff are very kind and helpful and supportive. The menu misses about 75% of the items mentioned when requested and no efforts are made to make the items available. Quality of food is average. Breakfast items are monotonous but could improve especially the fruits that are sometimes bad or not ripe and yet served. The staff at the dining are polite and kind but tend to to understand some times (English language barrier). The hotel could do better to create a lounge for recreation with a TV and social area for guests. The wifi is very erratic requiring entering a password almost every hour. Smoking is highly entertained such that the whole corridor smells of smoke and if you get an adjoining room with door connections then you are in for smoke in the room.

This hotel has neat and good rooms.
The hotel does justice to the price. The washrooms are a bit small. Their breakfast is good. The staff is also average. Overall its a budget hotel if you want a luxury stay then oodles is not for that

No hot water. The rooms were not cleaned. No restaurants nearbye. all the erea under constructions because of the new metro. The breakfast is OK. The wifi is working but low signal. We asked for extra bed they put a mattress on the floor.

Unprofessional staff and suffocating rooms. Delhi is generally cold in January. Doesn't mean you have no ventilation in the room. The AC is auto-tuned to the heater mode and there is no fan. I had to check-out in a day though my plan was to stay for three nights. Used up bathrooms and bad service.
Do not stay here!

Staff is borderline rude, not helpful at all for even the most basic services. Hotel misrepresents itself completely. Not value for money for a hotel in this range. Had to take cold showers as hot water wasn't turned on all day! Avoid!
