Resort like this is a luxury in this densely populated hill station. The food was good and the staff was very prompt and efficient. The furniture is royal-looking. We enjoyed the snacks as well as food. The fish and chicken preparations were oustanding.

This was the first hotel we checked into on our tour of Sikkim & Darjeeling. Even though they gave us a spacious room it was just by the main road & very noisy. However they were quick to upgrade us to a cottage & the view from the cottage was just marvelous! We came back here after our stay at Lachung & we got a suite room & this was even better than the cottage. The food was decent & can be improved. Service was prompt. Its a little far from the city centre. The cottages are built down a hill so you need to be physically fit to climb up to the restaurant or reception. We were informed that a path was being developed for a buggy.

No service......we stayed for 4 nights in the luxury rooms......rooms are ok but cleanliness levels and service is pathetic being in the service industry.....restaurant most items are off the menu.....flies and insects all around.....no ac.....prices are not worth it.

right from the time u enter the reception area u feel you are in some five star property with the quality being evident from the furniture there. the rooms are big with king size bed and all the latest amenities and quality no less than any five star property. the food quality is also mind blowing. over all would recommend it as the best hotel in Gangtok with awesome views .
an additional point is that the rooms have super air conditioners .

Try to stay one of the best resort of Gangtok. Its offer great view from room window. Also room service here pretty good. So i wood say come visit here and you dont regret it for sure. You can also spent some time at there small garden area.
