Taste was very good and also the service. Nice ambience. Infrastructure is good. Staff is good and helpful. Menu is not that much long but it's sweet. Try moong dal halva in dessert. Feels happy. Usually go for dinner. Good place for hangout or important discussion.

I stay at Orbett hotels regularly,
Surely a three star property, with a very good and humble staff,
Their service is prompt
Over all for business stay , this is a good hotel.
located near FC road and deccan....

Reasonable and nice hotel at great place like Deccan in Pune.
Very disappointed with the room as we were locked from outside the room, we were stuck for 30 min while going to dinner. Staffs were totally clueless about the incident and they were just trying luck.
Finally they were success to get us out and changed the room, lock was stuck.
Breakfast was just delicious.

Not that its a worst hotel to stay at, I had a mixed experience. and this is because of the first interaction between the reception and us. No smiles on Face forget about the greetings they have a sad or annoyed face that's what I felt. The next thing they charged me for what I had not consumed. things like cashewnuts and the small stuff kept in room. The rom service by a guy named Tanmay was very good. He always was ready to help when in need. Food was very delicious but quantity and price have a huge Valley in between them. The premises, Cleanliness and room ambience is very nice but charging for what you have not even touched is something I will never appreciate. so I may think of some other place next time if I visit pune again.

Visited here for a conference meeting. From fist look it looks that once upon time this might be very good hotel which is now need renovation.
In our meeting room the AC ventilation was uneven with lot of noise. The sound system was very old with lot of noise in the mic.
The dining hall was very small. I was surprised to see the refilled water bottles on the dining tables (Cost cutting).
