Good and helpful service
sadunalpon 12/01/2016 07:50I stayed only one night in this nice hotel and impressed with the service.Hotel might look old but they give their best for the guest.I arrived late in the night and had no chance to use some ammenities in the hotel but even you had something to drink at the lobby area people were running after you to give you a good service.This hotel has speacial termal water better then any othe situated in that province,so I strongly advice you this hotel for your health.For the breakfast they must improve their display and quality.Breakfast is always important for the guess because you may not take lunc or dinner but you always take Breakfast.Thank you once more.
Ok for a short business trip

Rooms are clean and comfortable
Breakfast buffet has a good choice
Wifi is free but slow
Pool area is nice, with an indoor/outdoor connected pool. Swimming caps must be worn to use the pool
Could be better
Burak Kon 05/09/2015 14:31First of all the Hotel is really old, there is no sign of renovation. Flyers, A/C even the door was not fully functioning. We complained to stuff but they were really "careful" as we expected.
Also the swimming pool is in dirt, tiles were misplaced. No balls in pool or in basketball field.
Not to mention to food.
It wasn't like what it was 5 years ago.
Worst than mediocre
Juneight Aon 10/08/2015 12:26The Hotel was nice; once upon a time maybe 10 years ago but during my stay everything was so ruined, dirty, slow and full of manegement mistakes. Room was old, bathroom hasn't cleaned well, check in was late, staff - except the reception- were bored from their jobs, food area was very hot and not enough AC there, taste and quantity was mediocre, pools were small and full of people and I had an infection from there. The only good think was the gym. Price is good but don't expect too much.
A real health spa.
Antalyamanon 31/05/2015 07:34We picked this hotel because we wanted a relaxing break with good health therapies. We were certainly not disappointed. This hotel is one where Turkish people come for real health treatments. Not only does it boast good thermal pools inside and out, it also has a tastefully set up wellness facility that resembles something the the Ottoman era. The staff in the wellness setup provide genuine services to aid health and wellness rather than the typical tourist hotel synthetic experience. Don't miss the classic massage than will work every part of your body and make you feel totally rejuvenated without having to pay for pseudo oriental decor.
The food is certainly good quality with a range of choices for breakfast and dinner. Add to that a typically welcoming Turkish staff and we came back totally relaxed and ready for the rigours of daily life.
It certainly reinforces my belief that if locals use it them that is a good enough recommendation for me.
