Excellent Zipline Adventure

While planning our trip to the Dominical area, we had read some good reviews of the Osa Canopy Tour. This adventure did not disappoint!! We took an 8am tour which was cooler than the afternoon tour. We had several guides. They were very helpful, taught us what we needed to do to have a safe zip, and were great with our tween age boys. The tour was 12 people but it moved along very well. The ride up to the zip lines in the back of the truck was an adventure in itself! The zip lines were long and fast. They were the best we've done to date!! We all enjoyed the Tarzan swing (even though I swore that I would not try it ... it was a blast). The tour ended at a lovely covered picnic area with an amazing view. We enjoyed tropical fruits and bottles of water while watching each other soar on the Tarzan swing. This was the very first thing we did in Costa Rica and we will not soon forget it. THANK YOU OSA CANOPY TOURS!!!!

We enjoyed the wonderful organic gardens, the cool pool and the warm and friendly people. We hiked to a waterfall and watched other's fly by on the zip line. The sunsets over the pacific from the mountain are spectacular. The 20-30 minute drive up to the resort can be a bit scary if you are not used to driving steep, rocky inclines. At one point our small 4x4 actually slid backwards but we were able to regroup and proceed to our destination.
Perfect Wedding/ Amazing Restaurant

Our wedding ended up being so much more than i could ever of dreamed.Chef Juan Carlos (JC) and his amazing team made everything come together, from the beautiful ceremony at Eagles Crest. (Sunset station) with lovely flowers, Champagne and hor'dorveus. Pictures, then down to the Rain Forest restaurant, where the tables were beautifully set and the wait staff was attentive and professional. Five courses of the most delicious soup, salad, two main courses and the BEST wedding cake ever! (I had a piece for breakfast). I felt very special! It is a world class restaurant. I would recommend it to everyone, whether you are getting married or just want to have the greatest meal ever!
The resort staff, are so ready to help you with everything. They are so friendly and kind. The house where we stayed was stocked with everything you may need, very clean and tidy. The views are amazing, mountains that reach the heavens, sunsets like the sky is on fire, wildlife that leaves you in awe. The blue Pacific ocean, cool refreshing waterfalls. Jungles with an abundance of colorful flowers and trees. It is the best place on earth. Pura Vida

Just got back from a week at Osa Mountain Village, located on the Osa Peninsula of Costa Rica. What a beautiful rainforest community. This self sustaining eco village is a must see. There are waterfalls, a high speed superman zip line, and a regular canopy zip line all located on the premises, along with animal and butterfly sanctuaries. Village grown produce, tilapia, and poultry were also available. Community BBQ is located near the pools.
We stayed in modern 1000 sq. ft. 1-bedroom condo with vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steal kitchen, tiled floors and banana fans. The furniture was all hand made by local craftsmen using local hardwoods and fabrics. I wanted to buy the condo. You gotta go see this place it's so quiet and romantic tucked away in the tropical rainforest. All you hear at night are the songs of the insects and the breezes through the high canopy.
We were also easy driving distance to Manuel Antonio National Park, many national and local beaches, horseback tours, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, parasailing and scuba diving.
We'd totally go back again. Ask for Unit 15B it rocked, plus the steps to the club house, pools, bar and laundry are right behind the unit.
Definitely a large group and family place to stay at while in Costa Rica

Amazing mix of jungle and ocean views... breathtaking sunsets, lots of family and group activities... including an amazing wildlife preserve, canopy experience, the world's longest Superman line, amazing agricultural experience and an amazing community of people actually living a sustainable life.
What a great place for families and groups to stay. The accommodations are excellent and the food is natural and very well prepared.
