In a league of its own
Judy Bon 03/11/2017 23:12Nothing compares to Osler House. It is not a stay, it's an experience! Beautiful, comfortable, inviting. The breakfasts are amazing! Honestly, this is my treat to myself. When I come here, I literally do not want to leave. I stay in the William Osler Room, but all of the rooms are lovely.
The home is in a quiet setting, lots of lovely places to walk, including running/biking trails filled with trees. Dundas is a quaint town and you are not far from a downtown area with shops and restaurants where you could spend time browsing, shopping, and eating.
Gary is a charming and caring host. I can't wait to go back---

Rob2102on 20/10/2017 20:46What an amazing place! Pure elegance and charm. Our host was charming and friendly but the house itself is stunning. Everything was perfect down to the smallest details - the sherry was a highlight. Breakfast was equally special. I would return in a heartbeat - if it wasn't so far :-).

SallyP68on 17/09/2017 11:11Beautiful B & B....when we first arrived we were greeted by a note on the door directing us to our room, which was charming and comfortable, however we couldn't locate any ice nor did we find anyone to speak with. We've stayed in several inns such as this and always like to get owners input on where to eat and what to do,so we were at a loss. The next morning we were greeted by the warmest host who shared so much great information and served a spectacular breakfast! I believe her name was Heather....overall,we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!
Unique experience
Jana Gon 18/06/2017 23:38This was my first time in B&B ever, a nice surprise from my husband who booked Osler House for our trip. When we arrived, I was impressed by the house itself and by a beautiful yard, especially huge cucumber magnolia just about to bloom. The whole property is nicely hidden from the street, we even saw a deer ion the backyrd. Too bad we arrived late in the evening and were too tired to enjoy very inviting porch with rocking chairs. The house was very quiet and the Blue Room was luxurious and super comfortable. It felt like a castle somewhere in Europe, the whole house is tastefully renovated and since the guests enjoy almost the whole house, there was always something new to discover or admire. Breakfast was served by a wonderful lady the first morning, the second morning by the owner himself. Very pleasant people and they made us feel welcome and special. We literally felt like royalty. Food was a gourmet quality, made fresh from fresh ingredients, it was obvious it was prepared by someone who loves to cook. The whole stay was unlike anything we ever experienced before, you do not get this service in a busy hotel, that's for sure. I wish we could have stayed longer, not just for a weekend. We will definitely visit again when we make a trip to Toronto area. Worth the drive nd every penny.
