Our apartment was a good size for our family with 2 teenage boys. Pool & Spa was awesome, 15 min walk to central Brisbane, shopping, food etc and 15 min driving distance to airport etc. Our clothes dryer broke on our last night but they provided us with plenty of towels & used the dryer in the empty apartment next to us. Thanks Oxygen definitely be back 👍🏽

These apartments are great, staff are very friendly & its walking distance to the city but far enough away from the hustle & bustle. We are forever trying to find cheap parking so this place was great with free parking. We got a one bedroom apartment with a city view, it was spacious & clean but a little run down. We were up quite high so the view was good and loved sitting out on the balcony. Free wifi too! Will definitely stay here again.

These apartments are in an excellent location, within walking distance to everything in the city, and there's a handy Seven Eleven right next door. Our three bedroom pad was really spacious, with a lovely view of the pool below and leafy inner city suburbs beyond. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I will say though, that it was very sparsely decorated (in an executive style, with black leather sofas) and could have done with a couple of pictures on the walls and some sofa cushions, just to give it a bit of warmth and character. The staff on the reception desk were always very friendly and particularly helpful. On one occasion I needed to scan quite a big document so I asked the receptionist if there was anywhere nearby that I could do it. She offered to do it herself and insisted that it was no problem at all. I was really touched and grateful. It's those kinds of little gestures that leave lasting impressions.

Oxygen apartments.... 20minutes to Brisbane cbd by foot. Shops & restaurants nearby. Clean & tidy. Friendly staff. Pool was clean and pretty with lights at night. Heated too!!.. need to update their door entry to rooms but I'm sure it's on the list...

The location is great! Walking distance to everything.
The apartment is good size and clean.
The reception is disorganised and just open 9am-4pm.
The pool and the hot tub were dirty and the hot tub wasn't working. They told us it was turned off (on a Saturday afternoon???) and they said they were going to contact the manager and take care of it but they didn't.
I guess it is broken but it would have been better to tell us that rather then lie to us and then just leave the reception unattended.
Poor customer service.
