I stayed in the suite room. It was quite comfortable. The staff is courteous and helpful. Though it is a small hotel, overall upkeep of the suite room was good. It was spacious and clean. There are limited choices for dinner, breakfast etc. On one of the nights, some construction work was going on, on the premises next door and it was very noisy. I had stayed in this hotel three years back also. But it had really improved since then. Keep improving!

Stayed with this Service Apartment for 3 days while attending a marriage function nearby. As a senior citizen couple, we enjoyed the quietness and cleanliness of this place. The Team is ready to stretch beyond call of our hour. Generally very happy. Food supply ordered thru the Room is a bit slow, though the Food is very good and tasty. We strongly recommend this Hotel for stay by Families and for long stay.

Stayed in Oyster Suites for 4 days from 16 dec 2015 . Location is very good. Staff, though not very well trained, they are ready to render service with a silent smile. Cleanliness of the room is commendable. Good Stay.

We stayed in Oyster ?suites in the month of December(13th). No AC in the room even though we booked a room with AC. water is leaking everywhere.Worst behavior and service by the staff. I suggest everyone please stay away from this hotel. It would bring bad name to the brand Hyderabad.

- Not many options with complimentary breakfast
- Not so tasty food
- Old property
- Staff need to be more professional
- Loud event @ lobby disturbed us
- No towels/complimentary water bottles, when we checked in
- Our room was stinking when we checked in. Had to ask for room freshener
