It is the only good hotel in this area. It is in the Center of the AGRA City and located in Sanjay place which is office hub of AGRA ,..room service needs some improvement . Reception guys are welcoming and smiling . Rishi at reception is very supportive and ready to help every time .

I stayed so many times in this hotel. Hotel is located in the heart of the city. Good view of rooms. Good is also good
Front office staff specially Mr Rishi kant Sharma is very good and generous person. Every time when I stay, he always try to give me a good service. Thank you P L Palace.

Nice modernised rooms,with good food & bar... also attended a function in this hotel & they also have good banquet space with good varieties of menu,so good place for small wedding plans as well...overall comfortable stay on prime location of agra..

Very Nice Hotel..Front desk employees are very nice.Mr Himanshu and Rishikant Sharma is nice front desk manger. Rooms are very clean and full of space. Bar is also good with affordable prize. Overall good place to stay in Main town.
