Hotel located in the industrial/business park area 15 minutes from Aix centre. Good location for business trip. Not for weekends!
Rooms adequate for one night stays. Nice restaurant on premises. friendly personnel

But need a car. Free parking.
No restaurants around area.
There is a large regional Carrefour 5 min away by car so one can get wine, ham and cheese there.
Clean sheets. Bath a little old but OK.
Paid €87 for a triple.

We booked this hotel because it was the best value over the European Championships in France. But my word it was incredible. Rooms are basic but the service was anything but! Our friend at reception always had a smile on his face. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable.
We were terrible guests...checking out late...staying up late drinking...making mess but the staff were just so accommodating. It was a real pleasure to stay here. When we woke up the staff insisted we had breakfast despite the fact it had ended several hours before we rose. We also made great friends with other guest and to put the icing on the cake they serve beer around the clock. Even at 6am!
Wifi was functional too. I could not have been more satisfied. Thank you to everybody at Aix Hotel who made are stay such a special one! I hope we will be returning soon.

Staff is always available(24/7), helpful and and the breakfast is substantial.
The rooms are clean as we expected.
Staff speaks good English that's a massive advantage over other hotels that I've been to in France.
I recommend it for a short stay to everyone who wants to see the neighbourhood.

I have tried several hotel South of France. Hotel Aix was not a brilliant choice. Aprox 5km for the city centre. Bus 4 can take you to the downtown in 20min. The hotel is small,not too cozy. The room is tiny and not nicely decorated. Far too expensive for the basic service.
