Reception polite and helpful, room nicely equipped and clean, breakfast was just right. Departure was just as simple and easy. Nice restaurant next door and secure parking along with it being about 400m from the motorway made it a perfect place to stop over - especially when travelling alone. Great value for money and rooms were exceptionally quiet.

Simply they oversold the rooms including mine. Indeed, only one of the three rooms booked was at our disposal. Fortunately the hostess helped us a lot to find other rooms in other hotel nearby. We were lucky .

We got badly delayed due to accidents on Paris Peripherique ... four hours sitting in traffic in Paris till 8pm so no way we would make Clermont that night. Phoned and emailed hotel to cancel but no response. Was charged full amount by hotel even though we didn't stay. I understand the issue of not being able to resell the rooms but not happy being charged the full amount.

We stopped off at the P'tit Dej-Hôtel - Clermont Ferrand on our trip down to the south coast. The hotel is just off the motorway and has a nice restaurant next door. The hotel was perfect for a nights stop except for four things! Three dead cockroaches in the bath room and one in the bed. They need to sort out their pest control and cleaning.

We do not have a great knowledge of French and couldn't find the hotel as it is not badged as as P'tit Dej but as a Dome. We had to ask at the Etap where it was. Our instructions for getting into the hotel were not helpful as it was unattended for at least another hour after we arrived. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Bistro next door was good.
