Room was clean and comfortable. Free shuttle to the airport and skytrain station so easy to get around. Not the best location if you want to walk to shops & restaurants as it is a bit isolated in location. Pier 73 Restaurant is great for dinner or lunch and is right on the water so a nice view while you eat. All employees provide fabulous service from the front desk to the lobby bar staff. The guys at the door are especially helpful- Jose goes above and beyond at the door! I'll definitely be back!

This was a super hotel—clean, nice decor, good service and perfect for flights out of Vancouver Airport.
The tricky part is getting to and from the hotel. Airport renovations have rearranged the roads so they now require some interesting twists and turns that don’t seem logical. Do yourself a favor and study up beforehand, especially if you’re arriving at night when it’s even harder to see the road signs. (If you happen to miss the left turn onto Cessna Drive, you can take the next right onto Airport Road and go back around to Russ Baker Road and try again.)
We also picked this location because the room rate includes 8 nights of parking, with additional days at $5 each. Our room was $228 and the parking alone at the regular lot would have been around $112/week.

A nice airport hotel. Not extremely convenient if you are going into downtown vancouver. The location is a little odd to get to if you are going anywhere but the airport.
The rooms were nice and the prices decent.
They charge extra for parking.

Thanks Pacific Gateway hotel for an excellent stay! Stayed for 1 night, 2 days for a business meeting. The concierges, Arif was an excellent resource to help us find some fun things to do in Vancouver on our day off. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were nice, business amenities were top notch and food was very good. I highly recommend this hotel for your business and personal needs.

We planned to overnight in Vancouver during a trip to British Columbia. We had a great experience at the hotel. Our room was ready right away and the view was amazing. We had mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary and we found a welcome in our room that included a very nice hand written card. A special thank you to Jade for the thoughtful card and message.
