Don't stay here!!!
Room was dirty with stains on the sheets
And bedspread.. It was even ripped!
There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling..not one lamp in the room for dim lighting.. Just bright recessed lights..
Just plain nasty!!!!
Don't waste your money !!

I've stayed at this hotel before and never had a problem butthis time was definitely different. To start i was charged 85 per night . The price online says that it is 65 per night for a standard king room. The girl at the front office was very rude and unprofessional , she was in pajamas at 3 in the afternoon. Once i got into the room it smelled horriable , the carpet is filthy , the microwave was dirty , the walls desperately need to be painted. There was even food left under the bed. I stayed 4 nights and never seen house keeping , i couldn't even get the office to send them up.
Stay away

This place is a no go. The room has exposed wires the room key didn't even work. The guy at the front desk had to beg us to stay. No shampoo it took forever to even get a room. Walls in the room are dirty and look unfinished. Dirty gross faded chairs. I am very displeased with this place.
The owner is not at all sympathetic.

When I first checked into Palace Inn all was great. I'm in town for work and stayed for 4 weeks. On the 4th week the toilet broke and was leaking all over the bathroom and into the kitchen. (this was 7:45 pm) I told the front desk and the guy came and looked at it. He phoned the owner and told me " the owner would be here shortly". Two hours later and NO owner. I went back to the office only to find the front desk guy on the phone with the owner. He handed me the phone and this is what I was told by the OWNER...."what's the problem lady?" " It's night time and no one wants to work at night". When I asked could he put me in another room for the night so I could have a bathroom to use he said he had no rooms available. But I knew of one that was empty at that time. When I asked him where I was suppose to use the bathroom until mine was fixed he told me "that's your problem". I was appalled so I went to my room. I thought about it and thought I'm paying $350.00 a week for this room and I need a bathroom. So, I went back to the office and told the worker that I would be turning the water back on to the toilet and it would flood the whole room so he may want to call the owner and let him know. He did finally give me another room for the night, but only after I threatened to have an attorney get involved. Don't be fooled by their nice ways. When there's a problem they aren't nice anymore.
Great place and great employees.

We stayed a week and they kept up on everything we needed. If you need toilet paper or towels in the middle of the night they will still bring it to you. Very nice staff and the rooms are extremely clean!
