I loved the location, it is in the heart of the city, the staff were fantastic from Alessandra in reservation to Luigi at the Front desk who have me great recommendation about Procida. We came as a group and we had a blast, so if you are visiting Napoli for a few days this is the place to go :)

We travelled to Naples by train and decided that we would take public transport to the hotel. Having difficulty finding the right metro line, we finally managed to take the line close to the hotel. With a suitcase each, we walked to the hotel not realising that we would be travelling over cobbled stones which would make walking quite difficult.
Eventually after 10 to 15 minutes we arrived at the hotel. The hotel looks quite elegant and very close to a number of restaurants and shops.
We had a problem with our room as there seemed to be some kind of air-conditioning unit(s)the other side of the wall behind the bed, and a slight knocking noise. We were told we could not be moved as the hotel was full, but we would be moved the next day. As it turned out we were moved to a better room than the one we had so we really could not complain about the service.
The room was quiet and a reasonable size. Overall there is very little I could complain about the hotel except one small point. We found that during the buffet breakfast the level of service at times was somewhat lacking. There were a couple of male waiters who seem to spend more time talking to each other than serving customers. We had to ask for a table to be laid so we could sit down and had to occasionally chase them up to get our teas and drinks, even though there was usually not many customers in breakfast.
But as a location the hotel is perfect. Anyone going to Naples I would recommend it.
However I must point out that Naples itself can be an issue. Practically everybody smokes, before during and after dinner. Most of the restaurants only have seating outside and when you’re outside everyone smokes. So if you’re someone who doesn’t like smell of smoke especially during eating, then it’s an issue
Naples is also not very user friendly for anyone who has any kind of walking ability. Cobbled stones, many steps and not many lifts/escalators.
And finally, if you are a vegetarian, it’s hard to find somewhere which will offer more than one option, if that.

A quiet property located off of a narrow street. We stayed here the night before meeting a tour group at our own expense and on the last night of our tour. It's a little gem of a hotel. Desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast offered in the morning was adequate but not sumptuous.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at this gorgeous traditional Italian hotel. Our room was very spacious with a large bathroom. Ideally located in the upmarket end of Naples. Lovely continental breakfast with lots of choice. Staff were amazing. On the last day my son was ill and we were due to check out but weren't getting picked up for the airport till 5pm. The manager allowed us to use a room free of charge so he could sleep. We were very grateful.

My husband and I stayed three nights at this gracious, attractive hotel located in the upscale Chaia neighborhood. The staff was pleasant, and our room large, attractive and quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of healthy options as well as sweets (which looked better than they tasted). WiFi was somewhat spotty but adequate by European standards. Only complaints were the floor of our shower was very slippery, and a hotel of this quality should provide bathrobes.
